A combination of our farming systems, dietary choices and climate change are placing stress on our planet. Today more than 40% of our planet’s land has been cleared for agriculture, irrigation is the biggest use of water globally and food production is one of the largest sources of greenhouse gases. How can we work together to improve our environmental footprint and continue to produce sufficient food as the climate changes?
